| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Sunday, March 6, 2016 Cindy Ann Miller, age 55, born Dec. 6, 1960 in Angola, Indiana, passed away on Saturday Feb. 20, 2016 at Honor Health Deer Valley Hospital. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 12th, 2016 at Calvary Chapel located at 19450 Indian Hills Drive, Black Canyon City, AZ 85324. Born to Allen & Jo Fair of Auburn, Indiana, Cindy was married to Larry Miller for 36 years, residents of Black Canyon City & members of Calvary Chapel Church of Black Canyon City. Cindy is survived by 1 son Stephen (Devin), 2 granddaughters Brooklyn 5 1/2 & Jaydyn 1 1/2, 3 brothers, James Fair (Brenda) of Garrett, Indiana, Jeff Fair (Amy) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Joe Fair (Renee') of Auburn, Indiana, 12 nieces & nephews, and 6 great. Cindy enjoyed many crafts & hobbies. She loved people especially children and young adults. She was a good listener and counselor of many. She was a home decorator & helped others to make their homes as lovely as her own, the theme of her home was tea pots and tea cups, she loved tea parties. Cindy had two transplants and almost 35 years of dialysis, possibly the longest dialysis patient in the state of Arizona. Cindy wearily let go of life on this earth to enter into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ.
