| Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, September 15, 1972, page 56, column 5 Joan L. Vernon Prescott - Services for Joan L. Vernon, 34, who died Thursday in Yavapai Community Hospital, will be at 10, 20 a.m. tomorrow in Hampton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Mrs. Vernon was born in New Mexico and came to Prescott two years ago from Canada. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie; three sons, Steven and Larry Hartley and Kenny Vernon, all of Prescott, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dule Durham of El Paso.
