Survivors include her husband, Frank; sons, Mike and Robert Moutinho, and Patrick; stepdaughters, Melinda Mitchell and Candy Stasny; stepson, Scott; two sisters; two brothers; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation: 4 to 9 p.m. Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale.

Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 45033 N. 12th St., New River.
