| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, February 25, 1958, page 1, column 2 Verde Valley Woman Dies Clarkdale (Special) - Rosary for Mrs. Mabel Rose Maneth, 59, who died yesterday at Marcus J. Lawrence Hospital, will be at 6 p.m. today in the Church of Immaculate Conception in Cottonwood. Requiem high mass will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the church. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery. Mrs. Maneth, who was born in San Angelo, Tex., came to the Verde Valley 36 years ago. During World War II, she was a nurse and was for many years active in church affairs. He husband, Julius, died in 1952. Survivors are a son, Julius, Jr., of Cottonwood; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Vielinski of Van Nuys, Calif., and Mrs. Lillian Brown of Lockhart, Tex.; her mother, Mrs. Martha Parr of Oakland, Calif.; a brother, and three sisters out of state, and four grandchildren.
