| Published in Today's News Herald on Oct. 28, 2018 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Sue Sulis passed on after a brief illness peacefully at home with her family and the loving care of Hospice of Havasu. Sue was born in Revere, Massachusetts and moved to Lake Havasu City in 1978 with her husband, Howard, and her family. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish. Sue volunteered at the Soup Kitchen where she picked up bread and cooked with her daughter Renee for over 12 years. She loved to play bingo and will be remembered by all her bingo buddies. Sue was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Howard, an infant daughter LaDonna, granddaughter K.C. Sulis-Creason, as well as parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. She is survived by daughters Donna Suliscalleja, Mona Whitmire (Dennis), Renee Brindis (Sam), sister JoAnn Carpineto, grandchildren Edward McInerney (Cori), Jason Brindis, Starr Rodriquez (Carlos), Alex Suliscalleja, Cazz Brindis (Tori), Eve Brindis; great-grandchildren Savannah and Israel McInerney; Nevaeh, Koah and Aria Rodriguez. Sue had many special people in her life who called her Mom and Nonie, including the Branams, Sitzers, Dugers, Whitmires, Randalls, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. We all hope her light continues to shine. All her were blessed enough to be part of her life. Sue donated her body to science. Services will be private. The family thanks their family and friends for the love and support. |
