Survivors include his daughter, Teri Gene Kortman; son, Christopher; father, Donald; stepmother, Velma; two sisters; one brother; and one grandchild.

Services: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Black Canyon City Cemetery, Black Canyon City. Arizona Aftercare.
