John Benson Hallows, 50, of Humboldt, Az. passed away on September 16,
2014. John B. Hallows, dutiful son of Kenneth and Isabelle (deceased)
Hallows and beloved father to John G. and Kristina Hallows, entered his
heavenly reward with his children and loving family beside him.
John was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 1963, in St. Louis, Mo.
John was the youngest of 10 children, was a favorite uncle to 78 nieces
and nephews, and cherished by many relatives.
John love to play football at family gatherings. He was an avid K. C.
Chiefs fan, enjoyed camping, and Nascar, but most of all, he loved to
spend time with his children and other family members.
In 1985, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard, serving as an Electronic
Technician until his enlistment ended in 1989. During High School, he
worked the in the family Bear Valley Auto Parts in Littleton, Colo..
His last position as Parts Mgr. with Larry Green GMC, in Cottonwood,
Az., where he had many friends.
Visitation and Rosary September 23, 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., St. Thomas More
Catholic Church, 6108 W. Utopia, Glendale. September 24 10:00 a.m.,
Visitation and Rosary followed by Holy Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00
a.m., St. Germaine Catholic Church, 7997 E. Dana Dr., Prescott Valley.
John will be laid to rest at Humboldt Cemetery next to his beloved
mother, Isabelle Hallows.
