Charles was born March 11, 1918, in St. Paul, Minn., to George and Gertrude Lusk. He served in the U.S. Navy and later earned a masters degree in education working as an industrial arts teacher in the San Diego area. He retired to Borrego Springs, Calif., and later moved to Wickenburg in 2008. He was a member of the Wickenburg Rotary Club and a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice in 2012. They will be interred in Bay City Cemetery in Wisconsin. Friends may offer online condolences at www.wickenburgfuneralhome.com.
