BLACK CANYON CITY--Services for William Hughy Reed, 72, who retired as a machinist in 1963 and moved to Arizona in 1972 from Colorado, will be 2 p.m. today in Alvin Civic Center here.

Mr. Reed died Oct. 29, 1980, in Phoenix Baptist Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Mae; children, Karen Cole, Leonard, Royce and Jack; 13 grandchildren; two sisters and three brothers.
