Missouri Ave., Glendale, AZ. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 10, 2006 at Starlight Park Baptist Church, 7901 W. Osborn Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Interment National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix, AZ.
