Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Friday, January 11, 1963, p. 20 Sandra Lee Jenkins, 4 months, died Wednesday in Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Jenkins, 1823 N. 40th St. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Greenwood Memorial Park, with the Rev. Douglas R. VanderWall officiating. Other survivors are her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Jenkins of West Virginia and Mr. and Mrs. E. Meelker of California. A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams, is in charge of arrangements.
