She is survived by her husband, Daniel; one daughter, Jennifer; three sons, Thomas, Matthew and Brandon; three sisters, Cheryl Bartlett, Pamela Starling and Kimberly Achey; one brother William Joseph Starling Jr.; and her parents. A service is being planned in Pennsylvania. Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear made the local arrangements
