| Mohave Memorial Funeral & Cremation - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Leo Thomas Lindquist (81) passed away peacefully November 18th, 2018 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Leo was born August 26th, 1937 to Alfred and Muriel Lindquist in Salt Lake City, Utah. Leo Joined the Air Force and honorably served his country from 1955 to 1959. After the military, Leo worked in the sheet metal union after serving his four-year apprenticeship. Leo married love of his life, Ruth Spencer on May 16th, 1958. The couple raised a beautiful family together in Washington. In his free time Leo loved hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with Sadie (his little dog). Leo is survived by his loving wife Ruth; children, Douglas Lindquist and LeAnn Shoemaker; grandchildren, Vanessa and Blake; great- grandchild, Alissa; step-grandchildren, Phillip, Stacy, and Jason; sister, Floraine; brothers, David, Robert, James, and Joseph, brothers and sister in-law, James Spencer, Craig Spencer, Laura Spencer and families. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Nadene and Sally; and brothers, Michael, Clyde, and Alfred. A visitation will be held at Solie Funeral Home in Everett Washington on November 30th, 2018 at 10:00am with funeral service immediately following at 11:00am. After services a reception will be held at Solie’s at noon. Burial will follow the reception at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Everett, Washington at 2:00pm.
