| Mohave Memorial Funeral and Cremation Services - Kingman, Arizona - Our father, Don, left this earth Saturday April 22, 2017 at his home in Kingman, Arizona surrounded by his loved ones. Don was born on March 4, 1941 in Jacksonville, Texas to Jack and Verna Jo Parmer. He attended Chandler High School and soon after joined the United States Army and supported the military medics. He went on to become a truck driver for many years until his retirement. After his retirement he enjoyed woodworking, going to garage sales, and spending time with his wife, Janice. He was known for his charm, quick wit, and great sense of humor. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be dearly missed. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer “Jack” and Verna Jo Parmer; children, Angela Parmer, Elaine Vicker, and Bryan Evans; and granddaughter, Angela Parmer. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 wonderful years, Janice; sons, Dennis Waller (Susan), Walter Waller (Doris), Brent Lacy (Barbara), Joey Evans, and Brandon Parmer; and daughters, Sherry Ault (Tracy), Susan Braconnier (Kenny), Melissa Burchfield (Chris), and Jennifer Baker (Danny). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Martin Springs Baptist Church in Chandler, Texas on Saturday May 6th at 11am.
