He was born on May 25, 1953 in Rochester, New York to James Dittmar and Doris Hartleben. Vaughn proudly served his country in the United States Army and had a career as a mechanic, working on automotives and heavy machinery. Vaughn leaves behind his loving wife Lucy and their children.
