Hilliard Samuel Shipley Jr., 87, of Kingman passed away on December 16, 
2018.  He was born on April 27, 1931 in Bellingham, Washington to 
Hilliard and Delza Shipley Sr.

Hilliard "Sam" is survived by his beloved Wife Anna Shipley and 
Daughters Elizabeth Shipley; Dawn Shipley and Jeanie Day.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and 
Crematory.
