Services for James D. "Denny" Herderick, 26, operator of Glenn's
Restaurant at 1755 Grand Ave., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the
Arizona Funeral Home Chapel, 376 N. Third Ave.
Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery east of Mesa.
Mr. Herderick, 2732 N. 21st Drive, was injured fatally in an auto
accident near Casa Grande Tuesday. Born in Groveport, Ohio, he came to
Mesa in 1964 from Columbus, Ohio, and lived in Phoenix the past two
months.
He was a past president of the Jaycees in Scottsdale, a member of
the Mesa Jaycees and Grace United Methodist Church of Mesa.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Sue; three sons, Glenn, Douglas
and Todd, all of Phoenix; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Herderick;
and a brother, Andrew, all of Groveport, and his father and mother-in-
law, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Cook of Phoenix.
