Services for Mrs. Hattie E. Palmer, 87, who died Wednesday in the 
Springerville Hospital, will be at 9:30 a.m. today in Messinger 
Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School, Scottsdale.  Burial will be in Memory 
Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Palmer came to Phoenix in 1929 from Siloam Springs, Ark., and 
had lived in Eagar the past year.  She was born in Rogers, Ark.

Survivors include her husband, Jay G.; five sons, Myles and Charlie, 
both of Scottsdale, Lavell of Reno, Nev., Lavern of Eagar and Wayne of 
Phoenix; two daughters, Mrs. Freda Sharp of Phoenix and Mrs. Buena 
McKinney of Scottsdale; a sister of California; 16 grandchildren and 32 
great-grandchildren.
