Robert L. Lepley, 72, of Scottsdale, a retired welder, died Dec. 1, 
1996.  He was born in Elberta, Mich., and was a World War II Navy 
veteran.  

Survivors include his wife, Beryl; daughters, Pamela Whitaker, Patricia 
Baughman, Ann Ware, Denise Penwell and Sandra Evans; 12 grandchildren; 
and six great-grandchildren.  

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 
E. Indian School Road.  Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, at the mortuary.
