W. Beach. Young has not made any statements, and neither denies or admits the killing, although he talks freely of the injury done him by the deceased. He was found by the deputy at this home in Skull valley, and submitted to arrest without any resistance. His preliminary examination is set for hearing on Saturday, September 22st, at 10 o'clock. Mrs. Beach arrived on to-day's train, but the arrangements for the funeral has not yet been announced, but will probably take place to- morrow. The remains of the deceased were taken to-day to the residence of Mr. and Mrs. j. M. More (sic) from where the funeral will take place. Geo. H. Curry received a telegram yesterday from Mr. Comstock, a partner of Mr. Beach in the stock business, authorising him to take charge of his property. ------------------------------ Arizona Weekly Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, September 25, 1889, page 4, column 3 The funeral of the late Charles W.
