Burhans, a contractor and resident of Prescott, died in Flagstaff June 10, of pneumonia. Burhans, who was brought to the Milton hospital from Ash Fork, last week suffering from pneumonia, died last Saturday morning. Mr. Burhans was a contractor and builder and had been building cement dams in the vicinity of Ash Fork. He was a veteran of the civil war, entering the army from New York. He leaves two sons at Ash Fork. The remains were taken to Prescott Tuesday for interment. Transcriber's note: Mr. Burhans is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
