Judith Rodgers (Ortloff), 75, formerly of Lake Havasu City, passed away 
peacefully on Jan. 4, 2019. Judy, from Columbia Heights, Minnesota, was 
preceded in death by husband Charles (Chuck) Rodgers and parents Vern 
and Freda Ortloff. Survived by brothers Stan (Kathy) Ortloff of 
Roseville, Minnesota, Roger (Kathee) Ortloff of Surprise, Arizona and 
many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
