Services for Hazel Krouse, 68, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710. W. Bethany Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Krouse, 4012 W. Grant, died Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. Born in Rulo, Neb., she came to Phoenix in 1946 from Kansas City, Kan., where she was a member of Emerson Park Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Wesley Krouse.
