Louis Wortman, for a long time in the employee of Mr. John Raible, at
this place, died at this place of business yesterday, at about the noon
hour, of consumption.

Mr. Louis Wortman, who died here recently, and was buried in the
Citizen's Cemetery, was a native of Westphalia, aged about 35 years.
Having known him long and well and can speak of him as an honorable,
good man, whose taking-off was deplored.
