| Tucson Daily Citizen, Tucson, Arizona Friday, December 16, 1921, page 3 Boys Body Is Found Prescott - December 16 - The body of Alvin Yerkes, 17 years old, was found in the basement of a ranch house near here yesterday. Notes he had left indicated he had killed himself because he had been jilted by his sweetheart. F. Ainsworth ranch on Walnut Creek near Prescott Wednesday night, blames 'bad news from Kansas' and a mysterious letter from a girlfriend, for his determination to commit suicide, were produced at a coroner's inquest this morning. - Prescott Courier.
