Renate S. Lemke passed away suddenly at Yavapai Regional Medical Center 
on Dec. 16, 2018, in Prescott, Arizona. Renate was born on Oct. 10, 
1940, in Bremen, Germany.

At the age of 19, she moved to the States. Renate met and married 
Dieter in New York and then moved to Prescott, Arizona, where they have 
lived at the same address, 1725 Valley Ranch Circle, for 20 years. They 
were married for 40 years until the sudden passing of Dieter on Sept. 
29, 2017.

Everyone who met Renate would agree that she had a great sense of 
humor. She was the most kind and honest person anyone could ever meet. 
Renate was loved by all her friends and neighbors. Some of her favorite 
hobbies were crocheting, knitting and sewing.

She was always creating beautiful artwork for her friends. Renate met a 
lot of wonderful people who she helped, who have also helped her. She 
will be missed dearly. Rest in Peace Renate. Until we meet again.
