She passed away peacefully at the Marley House, after battling renal failure and heart failure. She was 13 days shy of her 91st birthday. Born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico in 1928, Marcella grew up in New York City. She moved to Prescott, Arizona, to live with her daughter, Priscilla, her husband and her children in 2001. Marcella was an avid reader and enjoyed word finder puzzles. She is survived by her daughters, Priscilla McGinnis and husband Daniel, and Irene Jimenez; her son, Julio Jimenez Jr.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Keith Garcia. Burial to take place in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Information provided by survivors.
