The Arizona Republic 10 April 1996 Roy "Jim" Kidd, 73, of Phoenix, a drywall hanger, died April 7, 1996. He was born in Oklahoma and was a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ernestine; daughters, Evangelina Alabama and Lorelei; son, Martin Valdez; and seven grandchildren. Services were private.
