| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, June 14, 2018 Thomas Charles Colligan, age 81, born Dec. 29, 1936, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, passed away May 15, 2018, in Cottonwood, Arizona. Retired letter carrier for 22 years, retired USAF 23 years. Loved traveling, bowling and movies. He was the most God fearing, generous, loving, caring man in the world. Surviving children are Rick Colligan and Carolyn Robinson. Dad was loved very much and will never be forgotten. You're forever in our hearts, Papa, see you & Mom in paradise..
