| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Saturday, July 07, 2018 Ronald Ray Mondhink, 72, of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away on June 9, 2018. He was born on Nov. 25, 1945, in Springfield, Illinois, to Perley Mondhink and June Mondhink Terranova. Ronald attended Scottsdale High School. He served his country in the Army during Vietnam and received the Purple Heart, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal. Ronald worked as a carpet layer. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Hill; and his parents, Perley and June. He is survived by son, Michael Mondhink; daughters, Any Mondhink and Carrie Ann McRee-Stowl; brother, Terry Mondhink; and lots of nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Services with military honors will be held at National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 Cave Creek Road in Phoenix on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. Information provided by survivors. |
