| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, July 19, 2018 Marjorie Lomahaptewa, 70, of Camp Verde, Arizona, passed away on July 13, 2018. She was born on Aug. 14, 1947, in Leupp, Arizona, to John and Lucille Riggs. Marjorie worked for the Colorado River Indian Tribes and was a Tribal Gaming Officer and Lead Supervisor. Marjorie was of Mormon faith. She enjoyed Native American jewelry making, crochet, reading and free-cell computer games. Marjorie is survived by son, Mark Stacey (Kathy) of Mesa; daughters, Jennifer Stacey of Camp Verde, Crystal Kirby of Camp Verde and Mary Gamino (Dino) of Topeka, Kansas; brother, John Riggs Jr. (Debbie) of Payson, Utah; sisters, Martha, Charlene, Carolyn, Helen and Lori; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 2 p.m., with a reception to follow. Information provided by survivors. |
