The Arizona Republic, 10 April 1996, p.A22 John L. Seeley, Sr, of Phoenix, a longtime banker with 1st Interstate Bank, died April 5, 1996. He was born in Melbourne, Australia. He was educated at Eton College and Princeton University and was a Marine Corp veteran. He will be missed by his wife, Carol; sons, John and Paul; and grandson, Devin. Instead of flowers, contribution of Assistance League of Phoenix are suggested. In lieu of a formal service, John would like his friends to perform an act of kindness to a stranger in his memory.
