Survivors include his daughters, Shelly Hook and Ronda Shaw-Mast; son, Jeff; mother, Phyllis; sister, Jeanette Cluff; brother, Gene; and four grandchildren. Services Wednesday, Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. |
