Bill was born August 7, 1937 in Lockland, Ohio to William & Ruth Ballinger. Bill served as a the Park Manager at Alamo Lake for many years. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. A memorial service will follow on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Congress Community Church.
