Budd, age 77, passed away on January 26, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. Bill was born October 12, 1941 to William and Fern Budd in Jackson, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1966. He married Berry Lou Manes September 24, 1971 in Nevada. They moved to Anchorage, Alaska were he operated a retail auto parts store. In 2007 they moved to Arizona settling in Yarnell. Betty Lou preceded Bill in Death in 2014. He is survived by his daughters Robin Hetrick of Ohio and Connie Bounds of Texas. |
