Sam S. Tochihara, age 71, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2003. 

Sam is survived by his wife Grace and 4 children, Lori, James (Yumiko), Steve (Shari) and Joann (Eric). Grandchildren include Troy and Shige Kato, Kenneth, Kimmi Tochihara, and Kelsey Tochihara. 

Visitation and funeral service was Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale.
