| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Wednesday, July 22, 1925, p. 2 Mrs. Viola Renalde Dies Suddenly In Local Hotel Room Mrs. Viola Renalde, 49 years old, died suddenly in her room at a local hotel at 8:30 o'clock last night. Mrs. Renalde had been suffering from acute gastritis for the past four or five days, but when the attending physician visited her late yesterday afternoon she appeared to be improved, according to attaches of the hotel. While the landlady was at supper last night she heard Mrs. Renalde breathing heavily in her room, the landlady found Mrs. Renalde dead. Dr. Dudley Fournier, who had been attending Mrs. Renalde, was called by the police, who were notified of the sudden death, and declared death was due to the ailment from which Mrs. Renalde had been suffering for the past few days. Mrs. Renalde came to Phoenix about a month ago and had been employed at the hotel as chambermaid since coming here until she became ill several days ago. She was the mother of five children, one of whom lives in Burbank, Calif. See Also: Find A Grave |
