Pamela was born July 20, 1948 in Moweaqua, Illinois to Leon & Lucy Tolly. She married Richard Hughes making their home in Northern California. She was a cowgirl at heart and enjoyed Horses and the outdoors. Most important in her life was her family, husband Richard, son Todd and sister Candy. She loved being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren. She had worked as a school teacher and very dedicated to her career and her students.
