Carol Louise King-Coay, 84, of Glendale, died January 31, 2003. She was born December 19, 1918, in Sullivan, Wisconsin, to William and Irma Mattke. She married Benjamin F. King on July 27, 1946 and lived in the Chicago area for over 30 years. She moved to Phoenix in 1974, and enjoyed a long career as a Registered Nurse. After losing her husband in 1982, she remarried Howard George Coay on November 17, 1990. She enjoyed visits with her family, reading and cooking. Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Walter and Dawn Kowalski, and a step-son Ben King.
