Johnathan Robert Martinez, age 29, of Phoenix, Arizona, died March 
11, 2019. in Phoenix. He was born Sept. 29, 1989, in Albuquerque, New 
Mexico, to Robert A. Martinez, Jr. and Kelly Martinez Wadsworth. 

Johnathan would do anything for anybody. His daughter was his joy and 
meant the world to him. He is survived by his daughter, Jaselyn 
Woolsey; mother and step-father, Kelly and Fred Wadsworth; brothers 
Austin (Niki) Martinez, Devin (Alex) Martinez, and Ryan (Sarah) 
Martinez; and nieces Storey, Remi, Scarlett and Reagan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Martinez, Jr.; and 
grandparents, Jack and Betty Verkamp.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2019, 
at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, 
Arizona, 85338. Condolences for the family may be left at
