PEORIA--Harry T. Ostrander, 57, of Peoria, who had owned the Best Carpet Co., died Aug. 19, 1981, in Valley View Hospital in Youngtown.

Mr. Ostrander was born in West Newton, Pa., and came to Arizona in 1958.

Survivors include his wife, Janet; children, Carol Holloway, Thomas, Glen, John and Matthew; a sister and eight grandchildren.

Services will be 9 a.m. Friday at Lundberg Mortuary, 1121 Michigan Ave., Youngtown.
