| Published in the Daily Miner on July 28, 2019 - Kingman, Arizona - Charles Ray Gross, 36, of Kingman, Arizona was taken from us too soon on July 22, 2019 due to injuries sustained from a tragic car accident. He was born, Aug. 26, 1982 to Michael and Rebecca Gross in Kingman, Arizona. Charles was born into a longtime Mohave County pioneer ranching family as a fifth-generation rancher. He loved ranching, roping, camping, going to the lake, and most of all, spending time with his family. Charlie’s gift in life was working with his hands. He was a jack-of- all-trades and could fix or build anything, which led him to a self- employed career in custom remodeling and carpentry. Charlie was loved by everyone and leaves behind a loving family and many friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. Charlie is survived by his parents; Mike and Becky Gross, sister; Carrie Gross, brother; Shawn Gross, nieces; Lainey and Noelle Gross, and Sage Robach, many, many aunts, uncles, and cousins and his love; Carol Mack, lifelong friends; Wade and Ruby Duey, Brad Yurcina, and Brent Mason. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; John and Norma Gross, along with Roy and Hazel Lawrence, and uncles; Danny Lawrence and Daryl Gross. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019 at Beale Celebrations, 201 N. Beale St. in Kingman, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arizona Cowpuncher’s Crisis Fund at P.O. Box 277, Humbolt, AZ, 86329.
