| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Tuesday, September 25, 2012, p. B4 Shirley Ann Harris, born February 25, 1938, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on September 13, 2012. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rushing. She is survived and will be unequivocally missed by her only child, Wendy Zollars; her son-in-law, Thomas Zollars; her only grandchild, Isabella Zollars; and her husband of 43 years, Edward Harris. Shirley will be remembered for her incredibly beautiful smile, infectious laugh, her caring and generous spirit. No matter the situation in her life, she was forever gentle and loving. She worked very hard most of her life but always found time to take care of her family with a joyful heart. She was an excellent seamstress, avid painter, gardener and master quilter. She had an amazing eye for color and style. She was a remarkable woman whose life was cut short and so we are eternally blessed and grateful to of had her in our lives. A memorial service will be held for Shirley on Friday, 09/28/2012 at 02:30pm at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery located at 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. www.greenacresmortuary.net See Also: Find A Grave |
