Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Friday, January 8, 1954, p. 34 Harry M. Rimbey, 69, Phoenix resident 42 years, died early yesterday morning in Good Samaritan Hospital. A native of Maryland, Mr. Rimbey came to Arizona as a young man. He was a retired employe of the City of Phoenix streets department. Survivors include his wife, Olga; six sons, Leonard, Harry, Lawrence, Clarence, and Norman, all of Phoenix, and Charlie, a member of the armed services; and a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Ragsdale of Phoenix. Arrangements for the funeral at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home are awaiting the arrival of Charlie Rimbey, who is stationed in Korea. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Sunday, January 10, 1954, Page 2 (Section 6) Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the Whitney and Murphy Funeral Home chapel for Harry M. Rimbey, 69, who died Thursday in Good Samaritan Hospital. Requiem high mass will be sung at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's Church with burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Mr. Rimbey was a retired employe of the Phoenix streets department. A son, Charles Rimbey, serving in Korea, was flown home by the Red Cross and arrived yesterday morning.
