| Arizona Daily Sun (Flagstaff, Arizona) Friday, August 10, 1984, p. 2 Ernest A. Buckman, 74, a former resident of Flagstaff, died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Phoenix. Mr. Buckman was born in Winfield, Kan., July 22, 1910. He moved to Flagstaff in 1929 and lived here until 1977 when he moved to Sedona. In Flagstaff, Mr. Buckman was employed as manager of the Arizona Distributing Co. for many years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Masonic Lodge and the Elks Lodge. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Mr. Buckman is survived by his wife, Cosma, Sedona; two sisters, Velma Ross, Flagstaff; and Joanne Marble, Tucson; two brothers who live out of state; and two grandsons. No services were conducted for Mr. Buckman. The family suggests memorial tributes be made to the Red Rock Ambulance Service, Box 3964, West Sedona 86340. See Also: Find A Grave |
