Gene was born Feb. 6, 1929, to Eugene L. and Marguerite Russell Randall-Smith. Gene is survived by his wife Elaine of Wickenburg and other family and close friends. A Celebration of Life was held Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 at Wickenburg Funeral Home. Arrangements were made under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory.
