| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - BeverlyAnn Smith, 69, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on March 8, 1938 in Erie, PA; to Woodrow Lionel and Laura Jeannette (Clark) Adams. BeverlyAnn moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 35 years ago from Erie, PA. She worked as a housekeeper for Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 2 months. BeverlyAnn enjoyed taking trips to Laughlin, NV; and was a fan of John Wayne movies. BeverlyAnn is survived by her sons, Kevin James Smith, David Alan Smith, Kelly Allen Smith, Scott William Smith, Mark Wayne Smith all of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter, Beth Ann Smith of Phoenix, AZ; brother, Daniel Adams of Erie, PA; sisters, Carol DeRouy, Linda Brooks of Fairview, PA; Nancy Adams of Erie, PA; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill who passed away on March 17, 2004 and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by Pastor Lan Blair. Interment will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flower, her family has requested donations be made in BeveryAnn's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
