Otis C. Haynes, 70, passed away February 27, 2006 in Lake Havasu City,
AZ. He was born to Otis and Jessie (McDermand) Haynes on August 8,
1935 in Miles City, MT.

Otis married his beautiful bride Peggy 44 years ago. They had a very
special marriage and bond that could never be broken. They made Lake
Havasu their home 25 years ago from Minneapolis, MN. He was an
insurance agent for London Bridge Insurance in Lake Havasu for 9
years. His life was being involved with the Lions Club and he had
served as District Governor.

Otis kept active playing racquetball, golfing, boating, water skiing,
four-wheeling in the desert, snow skiing and traveling in the motor
home. He loved playing cards, especially Hand & Foot with his family.
Otis knew how to live life to the fullest.

Otis is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Haynes; son, Kirk Haynes
of California; daughters, Cathleen Erickson of Colorado and Kelly
Haynes of France; grandchildren, Kaylee and Tori Haynes of Arizona and
Collin and Chandler Erickson of Colorado. He will also be missed by
the family dog, Buddy. He was preceded in death by his dog Keeta.

Memorial services will be held Friday, March 3, 1:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze
Chapel. Pastor Dale Ray will officiate. The family has requested
donations to go the Lions Foundation for Sight.
