Oscar C. Erickson, 67, suffered a heart attack while driving his car on Hwy. D about two miles west of Hwy. 67 in Ottawa Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene by county coroner Donald Eggum at 11:05 a.m. The accident occurred about 10:27 a.m.

Erickson was a long-time winter visitor to Wickenburg.

Besides his nephew, Nelmer Weber of Ottawa, he is survived by his sister, Mrs. Emma Weber of Dodgeville.

Services were held Monday at the Lulloff-Peterson Funeral Home in Dodgeville. Burial was held in Eastside cemetery, in Dodgeville.
