Elbert Allen, 84, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Aug. 27, 1924 in Jerome, Ariz., passed away May 13, 2009 at the VAMC in Prescott. 

Graveside Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 29, 2009 at the VA National Cemetery in Prescott.

Sunrise Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
